It is that time again. Time for another Eskaton Village Roseville Informational Gathering and continental breakfast. The gathering offers seniors who are interested in learning about our unique senior community an opportunity to discover what makes our senior community so special. Guests learn about our beautiful senior homes, senior activities and of course, senior services that are available to our senior homeowners.
The event will be held in our beautiful senior center and you will enjoy a complementary continental breakfast. We start promptly at 10am and following the presentation, you can take a complete tour of our senior community and learn why our senior homeowner residents call our senior community “Easy Living”.

It must be the years of experience that our senior homeowners have in growing tomatos and other vegtables, because this years crop is terrific. Eskaton Village Roseville’s senior homeowners are having a banner year and they are so generous in sharing their bounty with an appreciative senior living staff. Those of us that do not possess a green thumb, have been savoring the tomatos, green beans etc…
Eskaton Village Roseville’s unique senior living community has so many of our homeowner residents living a senior lifestyle that affords them time to spend in the community garden boxes and socializing at the Village Center and not worrying about the exterior maintenance on their private patio homes. They also know that when their light bulbs, batteries for smoke detectors and filter for the heating and air conditioning need to be changed, all they have to do is stop gardening for a minute, pick up the phone and call the maintenace staff and all will be taken care of for them.

The senior homeowners and senior residents of Eskaton Village Roseville will have an opportunity to be entertained by one of the most popular groups in the Sacramento area, the Capital Pops, on Thursday September 22, 2011 from 7-9pm.
This is just one of many examples of entertainment and fun that our senior homeowners experience at our unique senior living community. The entertainment only goes to enhance the plethora of senior events, senior parties, seminars, pool parties, etc…, making Eskaton Village Roseville the premier senior living community.

Eskaton Village Roseville’s senior homeowners are a rare breed. Not only do these active adults enjoy the safety, security and peace of mind of living in the most comprehensive senior community in Northern California. They are quick to lend a helping hand to their neighbors and community. Our senior homeowners volunteer their time, energy and expertise to a variety of efforts. They have set up community support groups and even assist in the overall landscape design and maintenance of their beautiful full service senior community.
It is safe to say that our senior homeowners are not just enjoying the easy living lifestyle that Eskaton Village Roseville by Silverado Homes offers them, but they are all to willing and eager to contribute to their premier senior living experience.

The senior citizens that were not able to attend last months successful Informational Gathering Breakfast in the Village Center due to a full house, will have their chance to learn all about the independent lifestyle living in our senior community. Guests will help themselves to a continental breakfast and tour the beautiful Village Center and model homes and see what detailed planning for senior living looks like and how it will benefit their senior lifestyle. Add to that, the element of Eskaton’s senior services available to them inside their own home and it is no wonder we will have another full house.

Eskaton Village Roseville has added to its growing list of senior homeowners by welcoming four new homeowners to this active senior community. The new homeowners have choosen Eskaton Village Roseville because of the 100% homeownership, along with the senior friendly activities and senior social events that go on every day. Our homeowners like the idea of living in their own private senior home, built with “Easy Living” features by senior homebuilder Silverado Homes and are comforted knowing that senior supportive services can be brought right into their own home (if they ever need them) provided by Eskaton a leader in senior services and senior communities.
Our new homeonwers have also shared their personal reasons for making Eskaton Village Roseville their new home. They want to maintain their independence, make new friends and not ask their children to have to make decisions for them.
We welcome our new senior homeowner residents and know that they will share in the safety, security and peace of mind that Eskaton Village Roseville offers to all of its homeowner residents.

The weather has finally cooperated and the Eskaton Village Roseville homeowner’s bocce ball league officially kicked off today. Our active adult homeowner residents have begun their competition and everyone was very happy with the quality of the court that had been presented by their senior home builder, Silverado Homes to the Homeowners Association.
The bocce ball court is located near the Silverado Homes sales office and is surrounded by trees and their are benches that provide our senior players and those who are watching a truly comfortable experience.
Early indications are that the competition will be intense with both our senior male and senior female homeowners teaming up to see who will emerge as the bocce ball champions.
Eskaton Village Roseville is an active adult senior community that combines the benefits of 100% senior home ownership with the convenience of senior services provided by Eskaton within the comfort of their own home.

The senior homeownerresidents at Eskaton Village Roseville were presented a bocce ball court by the new home builder, Silverado Homes. The stunning court has a oyster shell base that will make playing bocce ball seem like a professional court. The bocce ball league that has formed has had its debut delayed by the unusually inclement weather. However, the weatherman has assured us that dry sunny weather is soon to arrive and the league will kick off with a bang.
The league officials which include the on site Eskaton staff at the Village Center will be overseeing the debut and subsequent tournaments.
Members of the forming teams have made some bold predictions about their ultimate success. It appears that members of the opposing teams have their doubts.
The battle cry is get ready for the fun and sun.

Last month we invited people to come out to Eskaton Village Roseville for a complimentary continental breakfast and an opportunity to learn more about this fantastic senior community. Current residents were available to speak about their experiences and why they chose EVR and our charming sales agents were available to answer questions. We were so overbooked that we had to plan a second event for the overflow!
